We felt it was important to inform you how we, here at Galleon International Shipping Co. Limited, are responding to the Coronavirus outbreak. We want to let you know and reassure you that we are doing everything we can to continue to deliver our services and operate from our depots and offices to the best of our ability during this difficult time.
Our responsibility as an employer is first and foremost the health of our employees, external partners and our customers.
The following measures have been put in place in accordance with the latest guidance issued by the Government and Public Health England
Home Working – In order to limit the risk of contamination and ensure business continuity, we have arranged for our operational staff to work from home. We are very confident that we can continue a high standard of service, quality and communication.
Pre-Move Surveys – We will be providing customers with the option of performing pre-move surveys remotely and our move consultants are on hand to guide you through the available options.
Carrying out Removals – As per the guidance issued by the Government on 23rd March, and instructions received from British Association of Removers (BAR) we have taken the decision to suspend all removals for a period of three weeks.
We are continually monitoring the situation and will update this statement as and when necessary.
