FIDI has over 600 members worldwide who all follow the same strict quality controls and the FAIM compliance procedure to ensure an outstanding global service wherever you are in the world.

What Is The FAIM Certification?

FIDI is the largest organisation for international moving and relocation services. Its main goal is to unite like-minded, quality companies around the world to create strong, strategic partnerships and raise global standards.

All members of FIDI must achieve and maintain the FAIM certification. FAIM certified companies not only have to meet stringent operational standards but they must also adhere to financial standards too – members must prove they are financially and organisationally healthy.

In addition, all FAIM accredited companies are independently audited by a global accountancy firm every three years to ensure all members meet the same strict standards. They also undergo an internal FAIM audit annually.

All FAIM Holders Must Demonstrate:

  • Quality service – Members must always demonstrate consistent high-quality, exemplary service
  • Financial stability - Each member must provide certain financial information which is checked annually by an independent auditor
  • Supply chain performance – Members must show they work with suppliers who follow the same high standards and can therefore maintain greater control over the moving process from end to end
  • Compliance with international standards and regulations – FAIM-certified organisations must demonstrate compliance with FIDI’s strict Anti-Bribery Charter (ABC) and Anti-Trust Charter (ATC), as well as meet international data regulation requirements such as GDPR
